Could not connect to GeneralSync

If I try to create a new calender a popup window says:
"Could not connect to GeneralSync"
and I can change portnumber (for advanced users)


Found solution! GeneralSync on PC wa snot running!

Problem solved!

Thanks for you interest in GeneralSync and for letting us know that your problem is already fixed smile

GeneralSync should always run in the background, it is thus highly recommended to auto-start GeneralSync whenever you log in. On Windows, the installer will set that up by default. If you disabled it accidentally, you can just install again.

On Linux, there is no installer so you need to set it up yourself. Most Linux distributions provide an easy option to add auto start applications somewhere in the menu or system settings.
