Fixed crash on Android 4.1 and below

Starting from GeneralSync for Android 0.2.3.0b, devices running Android 4.1 or lower crashed on startup. This issue has been fixed in 0.2.3.1b.

Due to an oversight on my part, GeneralSync's synchronization background service started depending on features only available on Android 4.2 and above. The issue has been fixed in version 0.2.3.1b, which has been released some minutes ago. If you use Google Play, it may take some hours/days until the automatic updater delivers the fix.
